It is important to remember that you are at your fieldwork setting to learn how to become a clinician, and there are people who care about both your professional development and personal wellness. Even though it can be hard to talk about incivility, discussing it with someone you trust may make you feel better and help you figure out what to do next. This can include your academic fieldwork coordinator at your school. They are invested in your success and chances are they have helped students in similar situations.
