How can I respond?

Fieldwork is a demanding time for every student. You may have a long commute and you will probably be working a long day and studying when you get home. Often students have high expectations for themselves or feel pressure to be perfect. Even if you feel like you are the only one struggling during fieldwork, you definitely aren’t alone. Your academic fieldwork coordinator, all of your professors and every OT you work with has finished six months of fieldwork. And whether it was last year or thirty years ago, each one of them remembers what it felt like to be a fieldwork student.
